I've worked in both executive leadership and board level management consulting roles for 2 decades. Construction has been my home for the last 8 years, working with leading specialist contractors, principal contractors and industry organisations.
It's an industry I love and I work with some of the most inspiring people I've ever met.
Because my world before construction was in data-led markets (digital, marketing and tech) I've seen what's possible when leadership and culture is set up to expect change and structured for continuous improvement.
That's why I challenge the status quo and inspire ambition about what is genuinely possible for us in construction. Some of our legacy ways of working are just not future proof.
